- Check-out: before 10:00am
- Deposit on arrival for eventual damages (to be given back): Euro 500
- Cleaning: Euro 350 (including final and mid week cleaning)
- Air Condition, Winter Heating of the Villa and the Pool must be paid according to consumption.
- Only payments by Bank transfer are accepted, no credit card.
- A deposit of 50% (fifty percent) of the total rental price has to be paid by bank transfer in order to confirm the booking.
- The balance of the total rental has to be paid in full within 60 days before the check-in.
